Unfortunately Afghan people do not read much. It is refer to lots of difficulties that Afghan people had in the past. The culture of reading books, novel, newspapers, magazine and other print media is very limited often people are not reading or interested, therefore, Afghan House of Culture will promotes reading and writings through conducting workshops, seminars and competition and also providing place, opportunity and facility for the people to read, write and edit. While people coming to the House, they can take advantage and read the books and newspapers. There is huge demand for such initiatives but currently there is no place like this.
